It's awesome. A solid build and the fact that you milked the whole pier into the ocean thing... It's awesome. Top pick well deserved.

I have the same problem Lempika - not one of his houses can I put in my neighborhood.

I downloaded 11, 12, and 14 Ocean grove installed them with Clean Installer into Sophisim Twikkii Island Edited

In larsson 1970. wonderfull American Beach 22 thread, post number 5 there is a link to a tutorial that is usefull regarding placement of beach lots.

Please, i make download but I cant put it in the neighborhoods... There´s some cheat to put it on. The house´format is 3x5 but i cant put it. What can I do to fix this?
