What a lovely dorm and built with no CC too, but if you don't mind, I will sent my not so wealthy simmies to live here too!!

OMG Wow! This is gorgeous! It must have taken so much work! The gardens made my jaw drop! I have never downloaded a dorm before, but this is a must have--thank you so, so much for sharing this with us!

Downloaded and tested, and I must say, this is THE most amazing house I've ever seen. Sim-ish and real-world-ish. The details and feeling of luxery is breathtaking. You've put so much effort into this building.
But there are a few things I notice that happens when I try to play this, but that MIGHT have something to do with bugs in my Sim games. There are a few tables at the library where I tried to sit down and use the computer there, and the Sim couldn't sit down for some reason. And I notice that nobody comes and prepare food like happens in other dorms. And there are difficulties keeping the garden clean of weed as some plants can't be accessed.
But again, these are most likely caused my my own computer. My character loves cooking as it is her hobby so making food is no problem
But I love this building. I live at a dorm myself and its as far from this as it comes.
