Very nice indeed! This will fit in very nicely with my modern style n-hood. The fact thats it's small is a plus for me:D

Finally the man is back
I like this place! actually its small size makes it more useful and playable then the super mega community lots that usually we find in the campus neighborhoods. Also, love the urban look. Well done Eric

Wow, I really like this! It's got everything your sims could want in a cute little package! This will be great for when I don't feel like loading a massive lot but my sim needs to pick up more than one thing. Thanks so much!

jahloveangel- that's the whole idea. I love this lot myself. I use it for just about everything. Thank you for the feedback.
