It's beautiful!!! I love this minimalistic decoration (not sure if it's correct, hehehe). Less is more!

You should totally make a starter lot in this style. I can never manage to get over a hundred grand. :P

Occasionally insane, but always friendly.

Thanks, guys

Nic712, try the criminal career. After meeting with coworkers and getting your skills up, stay on "do side jobs" then check your family inventory in buy mode often, then sell all the items. One of my Sims averages around $12,000 a day now just from wages, then an extra 5 to 10 thousand every couple of days in stolen goods. And I'll probably try making a smaller version of it anyway

That's a great tip, and awesome. Looking forward to the starter-ish lot. :P
The stainless steel look is awesome, and it blends so well with the walls and flooring. ^.^

Default Finding homes in game
I downloaded some custom houses for Sims 3, including this one, and they are installed in my game----but I can not locate the houses. Can you help?

It`s beautiful..on the out side.

There is just way too much space inside, and the rooms are way past unnecessarily big.

..It`s not a Mall, is it?

Any reason why it's not in a SimsPack file like all of the other houses? Plus the launcher can't install it. Will it still show up in the Houses Bin?

Probably a Big Party house and waiting for new EPs or custom content objects.

Sorry, I copied it from the library and not export folder. Changed it now, if you don't know where to put the old file it's in the library folder. Sorry for that I'm glad you all (but one) like the house

It's a luxury home, look at the price, of course it's going to be spacious, there's only so much stuff you can put into the house with the base game. :P

Is this house for the sims 2 or 3? I see some mentions trying a career and those are in sims 2.

I like bigger houses. I can't stand Sims bumping into each other, standing with their hands on their hips for 20 seconds, so yeah, again, I like bigger houses sometimes with "way past unnecessarily big" rooms.

It's a Sim 3 house. You can have careers in TS3, Dreammaker
