I love small homes. I have no idea why but they always seem more cozy then larger ones. Great job in keeping that feel while using the modern style.

This is one of those lots you build to upload and then end up playing yourself! It's lovely! I particularly like the pool/patio area.

I'm glad you like it. The only thing is the kitchen counters and cabinets kept changing back to the steel color when they are supposed to be similar to the lighter wall color. I love The Sims 3 for the design options, but little things like that are aggravating, while I await a fix. And I only did build this to upload, then immediately threw everyone out of my household and moved my Sim into this lot, triciamanly
