Lovely house, isn't it based off Kariboo by Dan Tyree? It certainly seems similar to that plan.

I'm not sure what that is? haha I was searching for modern home plans, and saw one similar to the home i made, and it gave me an idea so i went with it!

This is nice and simple. I love the driveway and under/open garage. However, is the wallpaper in the kitchen the Vintage pattern from Albiel? If it is, you need to credit. Other than that, thanks!

Ah, superlative! You're the second person to build a Dan Tyree house on this site. I'm currently working on a build of his Mason plan, actually.
