yes, it is the lot below summer hill court, where there is a small like jogging trail at the end there was a small community lot in a small private beach, just convert it to residential lot and you'll have the lot!

Nice work! Great layout, placement, and landscaping.

I might need to redecorate a bit before I move anyone into it though. I'm thinking only the most neat freak of my science sims would be into living in a clean room . I get what you're going for though.

how do u convert it to a residential lot?

Um first you have to like go to edit town and like then click on the area and click convert lot type, then after that you go to your lot library and like put place lot, and im pretty sure it should work like that, if not buldoze the lot before you place my lot.

Oh wow. I love, love, love this. I don't know what it is, but this is really fantastic. The giant palm shrouded front entrance is my favorite part.
