Very nice!!! I love the mansion! I have a question though, how did you upload such big screenshots with only 195 kb max?? I'm quite desperate here, my houses get rejected quiete often because of that.

i used photoshop, and i use the export for web and devices

The building caught my eye, and then the name... IN MEMORY OF BELOVED MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON.
Anyways, this is so modern!!! I LOVE modern, but it's gotta be easily accessible, easy to keep my eye on my Sims, cozy, comfy, minimalist, and more... this fits all! Now, I just need to install Helper Monkey again...

yes ive included some custom content, from the 2 modern sets. The bayside set, and the ultralounge set.
