Just came back to give another thanks to this awesome little beach house, my sim Candy is living in it and loving it. the only thing she changed is the little convenience car she sold it and bought herself a sports car, I know she is such a snob lol.

Nice use of Maxi blueness, fits perfectly with the setup.
