Yes, I made it in photoshop. She had like.. hmm.. what do you call it? A pony but round? Hahaha *Swedish blonde*

What does "Flounced" mean?

Haha, umm.. I was sure about that the correct word was "Ruffles" but when I looked it up it was "Flounced" and it means that there is (many) layers over eachother and there are many skirts like that. I'm not really good at explaining in english.
