I agree with Eloth, the name does sound weird (i'm a russian speaker also), I think there is a bulgarian name like that, though...

Wow, I really like her. I have been playing an 'Alana Petrova' (my own creation) in my sims game for months now - was pleasantly suprised to see the surname appear here

Annushka, Anechka, Anya etc - these are variations of Anna)))
