What do you mean by "no toilet"? If you mean you can't see it on the screens, read the post.

As always, a lovely, compact and well equiped lot.

I was wondering though how it is possible to place it in the corner of a larger lot (20x30 +) and how you managed to build on such small lots (16x18) in the first?

This is not currently possible. Houses are placed smack dab in the middle of a lot.

There is a 16x18 lot in Sunset Valley, that's what I use. I don't remember the name of it – I think in the EA neighbourhood there is a bistro on it. I believe there are some small lots in Riverview as well.

Of course, it never occured to me to have a look at the community lots; I'll have to check them out. Thank you for taking the time.

What a darling house! I usually make it a policy not to download lots (to avoid duplicate item problems) but I must have this one. Thanks!

Hang on, this is a Sims3 house? Aww! I'll have to make myself a Sims2 version, then.

This is a Sims 3 house, yes. Look at the icon at the top right of a download thread to see what game it is for.
