Um, there's only 3 bedrooms. I suppose you meant to say it will hold 4 Sims. (Plus a baby/toddler, of course)

This is a beautiful house. What really made me look twice was the lime green decor, which I love! Thanks for sharing!

No, no, there is 4 bedrooms. Look closer at the second floor's layout.
