the name is kinda funny as "sensei usagi" means "Master Rabbit" in Japanese.

Thanks for this. I've been looking for a place to train my sims locally instead of going to China. I figured either the name was trying to be funny or someone was a fan of Sailor Moon.

Is this just a lot or is there a tomb underneath it? I am asking because you chose tomb as one of the tag words to describe it.

Have a bright platinum diamond day!

I chose tomb as the place is surrounded on the inside by urns. But I like the idea of a tomb under there, but i'm not really good at making tombs.
