Hmmm... I've been using SketchUp with the OBJ exporter (linked previously in this thread...) to do meshes, and as long as you have another cloned object in milkshape to get the scale from, it's fine. Import the Sketch Up exported mesh, which will show up as a new group over your cloned object, then just scale and move it and then delete the cloned object...

Sketch Up uses different Axis labels than Milkshape, so your whole mesh will turn out the wrong way around and definitely the wrong size...

I design RL furniture with Sketch Up, so I'm fairly familiar with it, and now after learning Milkshape, I will admit there are some things a CAD program has that are useful for meshing
I will try and make a mesh that actually works that I can upload... I've done one so far but the UV mapping and the animation didn't work (not sketch up's fault - mine at being new to this modding stuff lol). I need to try something a bit easier than bicycles LOL

(yes, it has some probs, but I think that is to do with my lack of experience....sketch up and the obj exporter worked beautifully
