if you follow the steps here you should have no problem with them. if youve already done it all, then i would suggest re-downloading. hope it helps.

Wow, it's amazing how a different skin and hairstyle can completely change a sim, I certainly wouldn't have known that was her lol! Both versions are beautiful
I'm hoping to get her like the blonde version ( would be for my own personal use in-game), one the most beautiful sims I've seen around, you did a great job on her.
Ok,enough blabbering lol! Point is, I love the blonde one and give you kudos in her creation)
