This is an awesome house and I just had to try it in base game alone. It works wonderfully. The logs are automatically replaced with the dumpster and the nectar barrels are replaced with a community sign other than that it works perfectly. Thanks

Thank you very very much Purple!

You've prove it to the world that starter houses doens't really have to look 'cheap' or 'gloomy'. Even when furnished this cute lil' home would be still below 18k. Marvelous.

And fit a couple perfectly too! Although maybe I have to turn that basement into a baby-room once my baby born.
