I have all your sets, just wondering though the gate doesn't have any animations and you can't click on it to lock it or anything. Is this fixable?

Sim of something, thanks for pointing this out. I had completely forgotten that gates have joints that need to be attached to the mesh.

Both gates have now been updated, so they have proper animations and can be locked with OfB. Please redownload.
