Yeah, that's quite a bit of custom content, but it's also true that for someone who's already familiar with my uploads, lots of my sims use the same custom content, especially when it comes to sliders, eyes, lipstick/facial effects and... pants
Anyway, the custom content is not mandatory: it is recommended that you download everything if you want the sim to look exactly like in the screenshots, but if you don't download it, the sim will still have the same face sculpt, all the rest will be automatically replaced by the game with whatever you have, it's all up to you
Sliders are still recommended, though.

Please don't think I'm putting down your work because you did an awesome job but, did you notice that if you changed the hair and make up, Lenny looks just like Julia Roberts?

I swear I didn't do it on purpose when I made him I mixed and matched different features from people I know, added bits from some of my favourite musicians and so on... I wasn't really thinking of Julia Roberts, but, apparently, the sim turned out as a male version of her XD
