I really want to thank you for all of these wonderful starters that you've been creating. I have a buttload of sims constantly getting out of Uni, and it's so nice to have some variety in starter homes. No cc is a huge plus! I've begun using your starter lots for a lot of my Uni students as well. If building starters was left solely up to me, all of my sims would be living in boxes lol. Thanks for your creativity, yet another cute home to add to my neighborhoods.
