One of the nicest houses I have seen. This is more than a house, it's a home. Layout, decor, exterior..superb. Thank you for sharing!

This is a fantastic looking home! It looks realistic and very "livable." I appreciate the lack of custom content and the decor is superb. Thank you!

You've encouraged me to buy Fast Lane and Outdoor Living because of this house. Love it. <3

I have all the EP and SP's so I mark them because I didn't pay alot of attention to what I did use. You will need Fast Lane for the living room sofa and chair but I don't think there is anything from Outdoor Life in it. Altho ODL is one of my fav. Generations for the tree house and sandbox.

I see. Still, I think it's best to always have the Packs so the lots appear perfectly in my game, the exact same way they were in the pics.

What a beautiful house! I've been thinking about creating something very alike, but with another one very near, in a kind of condo, with swiming pool, bathtub, games and so one in public area. This way, Sims will have all the comforts and the bennefits of having a NPC as a neighbor!

Thank you very much for this awesome home!
