I assume you mean the adult male-ears and/or the child-ears? If so I edited those sims's ears in Milkshape. A sim with the child/teen-male ears can be found here. Those ears works for all ages and can be passed on to kids genetically. I havn't released the sim with the other ears yet, but I'm planning on doing so very soon

These are exceptional! I was searching for a pair of antlers myself and I couldn't have asked for a nicer set!

One question, can these accessory antlers be layered with other accessories (such as glasses or such)?

The only problem I'm having is when I go into game play the antlers blink blue. >A<
I've tried redownloading it and I'm hoping that'll work.

It means they aren't base game compatible. I have the same problem. *sigh* The mesh is not included.

Try taking the sim to a mirror, click "change appearance" and when the window pops up just click the done-button. The antlers should stop flashing blue after that
