If a special hack is used to make these work in pregnancy mode, then you really should include a link to one in the overview...

after hunting I found this link from CatOfEvilGenius
"momijichan88 You need a hack that allows pregnant sims to wear any clothing. Try squinge's or dizzy's". she also mentions

You can get the preg clothing mod from InSim, I believe.
Or just google "squinge pregnant". good luck all I am off to find it

You will need the hack to be able to wear custom clothing for pregnancy I saw Squinge's one mentioned on All About Style. I did a Google search and found it at Insimenator. For those having trouble finding it, here:
