It's small it's cramped it has thin walls the only thing that's missing is the obnoxiously high rent prices. It's as close to New York as the Sims 2 will let you get so well done.

LOVE IT! This is exactly how I picture an apartment I would pick in New York. Your decor and the room sizes are right on! The whole building looks great.

I love your style. All it needs are neighbours playing their music too loud, a drunk guy passed out in front of it, protectors off to the side and needles in the playground dirt! Job well done!

If you download Clean Installer (avail from this site) it won't matter what EPs/SPs the creator used it will work in your game.

Your screenshots are wonderful. I like the way you used the brick along with the white paint. Your apartments look very realistic to me and the floor plan is really convenient and sensible.

Love the apartment, but there is a weird bug when I played it: My sim has a flower pot stuck to her hand whenever she's there. When she's on a community lot it's not there, just at the apartment. At first I thought it was just her, but then a moved another sim in and he has a flower pot stuck to his hand :s If anyone knows how I can fix it, I'd be super grateful. Otherwise this apartment is perfect!

My sim had a classmate from school to come over and hang out, when she was about to go home she went to the slide that was outside, and she has just been sitting on the slide for 3 days without going home or dying.
