Which pants? The one with the studded belts or the ripped ones? The ripped pants are from the Late Night expansion pack.

Enabling the gloves for male actually has been done before (I have them in my cc folder, though I can't remember where they came from) but I definitely prefer yours because STUDS!!!

What if My PC will not allow me to Install Package Files at all? How can I get said Package files to work, I also hope that these gloves for men don't have the thumb texture issue from Previous Mens Biker Gloves on Sims 3

Thanks!! I always wanted to use fingerless gloves for males when they're working out too!! As we can see in the original Sims 2 vid, a girl is wearing those gloves in the gym...! I wondered too why they weren't able for males.
