Download the file, copy it into SavedSims to extract (Under Electronic Arts/Sims 3/SavedSims...in this folder right click on the rar file and click extract here), then in CAS go to Pre-Made Sims and it will be under cats.

cute!My sims love playing with it:3.But just asking,can make a female one?Like choosing this form the pet's bin and then change it gender,without any problem's?I want to breed for more lion cubs:3.
And sorry for asking,but how i can post my created pet's here?I was making a cat that look like a snow leopard,i want to post it,but i don't know how.I save it already to Pet's bin,but if you can help me

Yes of course you can make it a female cub, the gender plays no role.
Everything you need to know is explained here:

You need to convert the file to a .rar or .zip file by adding it to an archive (right click on the sim file), then upload that to the site along with pictures.

G'day, mate.

Um.. Dunno if this goes here or not, but, is that a mod you used to make the fur appear fluffy? In my game, all my animal fur is flat. But yours looks furry/fluffy.

So curious, and worried. I wantt my pets to be fluffy, too.

Thanks for this work guess what there is a player from Sims 3 Community. Who made one of cat Size slider and that means you can make full grown tigers, lions, leopards, and Cheetah and way more
