Honestly, I was really hoping I would get a Featured Upload, or even a Picked Upload.
So much time was spent making this a beautiful home, so I was very disappointed that I didn't get a Feature or Pick - I guess there is always next time though, right?

I also have to remember - my style of building is very much an acquired taste.

This house looks amazing and is really inline with the kind of house that I was trying (and failing) to make. And to top it all off, it's located where I'm currently living. So it fits in PERFECTLY with the roleplay I had planned for building a new house.

This will be the first house I've downloaded since game release. Consider this a huge compliment.

This is awesome man! The house is simple yet elegant. Not only that, the trash bins and cloth bin thing(what ever you call that) is properly placed, it is really complete, there's also a wine rack (with nectars). Everything is also upgraded. Very good job...! So beautiful...just like the one i would have...but i am not an ex-tennis player...! I have so much to tell, so i will explain in french because english is hard for me.
J'adore le fait que la maison soit réaliste, pourvue de fonctions multiples, du moins en apparences...! Le cellier remplit de nectar, vraiment cool..! Cela concorde bien avec un intérieur luxueux. Dommage par contre que les sims ne peuvent jouer au tennis. Cette espace devient inutile, mais très réalise au niveau visuel.
Bien pensé les espaces walk-in pour les vêtements, la ventilation, la salle de lavage, le garage assez grand pour plusieurs voitures.
Superbes toutes les zones fenestrées...!
Pour ma part, j'ai installée la maison en bordure de mer à Starlight Shore. Cela me donne une magnifique vue sur la mer et les couchés/levés de soleil, ainsi que toutes tempêtes et orages...super...!
J'ai eu un petit pépin avec le trophée de l'inventeur qui s'est mit à jouer une musique de cirque sans vouloir s'arrêté. Mais compte tenu de tous les mods et CC que je possède je ne peux en tenir rigueur qu'à ma partie ultra chargée et complexe.
Je prévois peut-être ajouter un sous-sol, mais franchement la maison est très complète et fonctionnelle.
J'ai ajoutée un évier près du bar dans la pièce de lecture pour permettre un nettoyage à proximité aux sims, retirée les enceintes commerciales qui ne jouent que du classique, retirée une petite chambre pour en faire un atelier de peinture et j'ai changée quelques meubles, mais franchement pas grand chose à retoucher, et c'est aussi bien sur, une question de goût personnel....!
Pour moi,...c'est vraiment un super coup de coeur...merci et bravo à vous..!
