I can't believe this is a base game lot, it's fantastic! I would never choose modern normally, but I could get used to this!

I am unsure myself how to fix this problem as I have never had it. Other people have so if you search through the help section in the forums you may find the answer you're looking for. If not, I suggest you make a post there and someone should be able to give you assistance.

Thank you for the work in making this. I love this house. I'm not very good at designing my own houses, so I really appreciate creators like you! Especially when it has no CC attached.

One of the best houses, I have ever downloaded. It is so beautiful designed, especially when you think that you only did use Base game. I made a few little changes inside to make the bedrooms a little larger. But I did not change anything to the outside of the house, it is to beautiful to change.

I don't know why but the lot doesn't show up in my lots and houses bin. I already have it located in the Sims 2 folder but I don't know what else to do??

You will need to double click on the file inside the downloaded zip folder. A sims 2 style popup will appear (it may take some time) then click on the install button. A confirmation popup will show shortly after.
