That's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen! I love LOTR/The Hobbit!

Edited the lot a bit to fix issues I noticed after uploading (no gate to the greenhouse, ceiling floating in the middle of one of the stairwells ) so for those of you who downloaded it in the first 5 hours or so, you may want to fix them before moving Sims into the lot. For as long as I've been working on this lot off and on, I don't know how I missed them, but what are you gonna do? Should be fixed now, at any rate- let me know if anything else is amiss, thanks!

This is amazing! I can't imagine how much time and effort this took. My ancient laptop can't handle lots over 3x3 sadly but if it could I would download in a heartbeat!

This is a stunning lot. If my computer hadn't crashed -- leaving me with an older computer that can't load all of the needed SPs -- I would be playing it tomorrow! Still, I've book marked the page so I can play it when I repair or replace my computer.

PS I hope to see more of your non-modern lots in future!

Beautifully done. I've always been hesitant to use differing elevations within a lot so this will come in handy for my royals :P Thanks for all the time and effort you put into this. I look forward to more creativity like this.

I'm really impressed!
And not because of the LOTR reference, because it's an stunning beautiful awesome building, with a marvelous style -and no CC! Gorgeous.
Probably too big for my gameplay style (my Sims can hardly afford an starter home) but I swear that if I ever ever ever have some really rich Sims they will live in this lot, because it's so lovely to say no!

This is mind-blowing. Actually I've been looking at all your lots, and they are all amazing. And that you do it with no CC... even more mind-blowing.

Keep it up! I'm thinking I need to start a hood just so I can tour this place for my self, and some lucky sim! :D
