I really like this one too. I'm particularly fond of the interior. But the exterior is just as impressive too. Well done.

I love the design, the architecture is great
Though-how did you achieve the shrubbery at the front and back of the building? It looks as though you have somehow made one of the base game trees halfway above the ground or is it custom content?
It looks great but could you possibly explain how you did this?

Thanks for the comment and question moontalker. I used the cheat codes move_objects on and boolprop snapobjectstogrid false. I lower the terrain to make a ditch and place the tree in it. Then I continue to lower the terrain until the tree leaves are on the ground, making it look like a giant shrub. Have a great weekend!
