Hi Rena, Under the screenshots, click on File to download. Save the file in EA Games, Sims2, Downloads folder. Find the 3 little book icon with the file name and right click on it. Choose Extract here. In a couple of seconds a sims2pack with the file name will appear, probably at the bottom of your downloads list. Double left click on it and the game installer will open. Click install. Start your game, and you should find the house in your lots and houses catalog in the neighborhood screen. Be sure custom content is enabled in your game. Hope you this helps!
