For this house I used an uncompleted world, meaning it only has residential streets with houses, and no town hall, etc., so you won't find this world anywhere.

However, I useally use a world named Oakland for my uploads:

Oakland: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail...assetId=8212432

I also have a few more worlds you might want to check out:

Fairview (My very first world): http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail...assetId=4718413

Casas Adobes: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail...assetId=6908200

This is such a classy lot that I am lost in admiration. The architectural shapes are perfectly well balanced and harmonious. You have done a great job with this cc free building: It's so difficult to build great houses with just ea objects...
Thank you so much for spoiling us with this gorgeous work.

Great house. The architecture is lovely, the roof is amazing and It looks really realistic and welcoming. Maybe more work on the landscaping would make your houses even better. I like all of your houses. I think that your style is really recognizable which is amazing for a creator.

Wow, you have serious talent to be able to make such amazing houses without CC. When I try, it looks like trash (though most of my buildings do XP Building isn't my strongpoint.)
Thanks a ton of uploading these beautiful CC free houses!
Liar liar, pants on fire.
