With the new patch installed (March 26) I do encounter the problem that my sim will "push the limits" without having done a workout before when using the punching bag.

yes I do have this problem too in my game

and I'm suspecting this mod that cause my sims and townies (I encounter problem this on the gym community lots) will have their muscle maxed out (bulked) after doing some punching
I suspect this mod because this is the only mod I use that related to gym or fitness skill

Notice for all my mods—

I see that there are issues, and I will update my mods accordingly once I get a handle on the game again. I took a long break, and therefor apologize for not updating them in a timely fashion.

So they fixed the issue with Yoga but not with the punch bag?! I guess that's just standard EA practice.

Mod is broken, but as of 1.62.67.1020 (possibly earlier) it is no longer needed. The punching bag affects Gym Rats the same way as other fitness equipment.
