Wow another great mod along "get to work" that fixed the long annoying CD for a perk.. Although I still prefer "open to business" gameplay which customers much easier to maintain..

Thanks anyway, hope that more great mod will happen in the new GTW world..

You're welcome. Well, I like this time be harder than OPB, but I though this thing was unfair xD. Personally, I have the 2 hours flavor. xD

Yay! You got it to work! I am going to grab this mod for sure...my sims definitely need to sell more. I think their first bill was around $10,000, and it was only a small store!

I made the same mod lol but I see you got the same problem with your mod that I encountered with the option not always being available to every sim customer, I am still trying to work on that part so it will always be available to every customer.

That's why I needed to do it!

The bills are almost unpayable!

But that depends of a mixer. I don't want my game to become something really easy, so I didn't edit that XML.

Extract it and put the package in mods!

I downloaded the no cooldown one but it seems like it's not always available but it's better than nothing I guess

it's literally what it means
the option "sure sale" is not always available
more accurately speaking, it's mostly not available after using the sure sale option once.
it's kind of frustrating since the only way to get "sure sale" option again is to use other retail interactions and wait a while

It's because of a game limitation, I've been looking for a way to take it out.
