I' m sure it's not, because they don't like it. It's because they cannot play it. (My computer would be much too slow! And the sims do weird things you don't watch them every single moment )

It is EP required... just for objects. From what I gather about that, you can download and install it, but the objects that are EP-only will be replaced with other objects..? I dunno.

Nope, it crashes. Are you sure it only uses new objects? If so, can't you clean them out?

Well My PC is, well, to good it plays everything i wont go into description's now looks great im playing now furnishing will be a dodle make it modern instead of old style castle !!!YAY!!!

If you have porblems installing it on original use Clean Installer and just install the building and origional objects that you know of by ticking the required boxes

I really want this beautiful castle but it's not even showing up! Is that because my computer is too crappy or something? I'm pretty sure I installed properly and I DO have the EP. Hmm.

kirby you can install it if u dont have EP I have EP but download TS2 Clean Installer and open file with it when it asks u what u want to install deselect everyhting with the ticks apart from the top file in the list and play the sims2 and all shoudl work some objects wont apear but should wokr perfectly as ive tried when I didnt have EP :D

Though you can probably do that and be alright, the balustrade, stairs and a lot of objects used are from the EP. Honestly the castle will not look as good or even remotely the same if installed without the EP. Sorry guys, but it's just that Maxis included a lot of medieval stuff in the EP, so it's kind of needed...
