Sweet little house, the outside is adorable. The decorating inside is an interesting mix too, I like it!

Unfurnished, it's 19789 simoleans. Enough for a starter sim to buy, but would need a money hack to furnish it. Beautiful design, but a bit pricey for a 1BR.

mac, you tried to see the price without furniture? In future I will try upload more unfurnished houses that players can easier buy them.

I'd greatly appreciate separate downloads for unfurnished houses. It's not me, it's just that my simmies like to do their own decorating. Thank you in advance!

triciamanly , I have inspiration for building again, everything started when one day I said I want playing sims 2 a little. It was enough, I fell in love in game again.
