How nice! I don't have a wedding venue or any beach lots or any CC in my new hood. This is great!

Now this is just too lovely. The setup looks very much like the real deal, great job.

Lovely lot! Is it possible to throw wedding parties on community lots? I'd love to use this lot for my weddings!

Thank you for all the lovely comments. :D

@Fyren5 of course couples can get married here, wouldn't be a whole lot of point me making this if it wasn't.

As to actual timed parties, I must have forgotten that's a mod and I will edit the upload and add it to that. It's been so many years since this mod came out I forgot it wasn't simply vanilla game beahvior. http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,9570.0.html But I think this is it.

Very beautiful! Too bad you didn't make a hotel with this, that would be awesome.

Thank you for sharing this build. Just curious what area of beach you used? When I set it down then there ends up a dip below stairs. I am going to try a few other spots but thought
I would check and see if you remembered first. LOL Again thanks for a great build.

BlueWater template @zephyr52 My guess is the beach shoreline goes up and down somewhat so placing it in exactly the same spot would probably be difficult.
