Downloaded the "By Pack" file and when I open the zip, the dates on the files are all 2022, so it doesn't look like those got updated?

Ah, you're right, it looks like I forgot to copy the edited tuning file into there! Fixing it now.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I've been super busy with my full time job and haven't been active on this site in a bit.
