Very cute little starter home. I can never get a four person house built on such a small budget, much less a house that has a TV and wallpaper. ^_^ Thank you!

Oh man! Love your houses, Tkdjunkie!
I started using your first house last night, and it was bigger and better furnished than I expected.
Amazing value for my struggling sims.

Know what's weird? I downloaded and installed it . . . but when I dropped it into my neighbourhood in game, it had a price of over ONE MILLION simoleons! I didn't change anything about it at all. Anyone else ever have this happen, or is it just me?

Ah well . . . it's still a cute little house . . . even if it's just very expensive background scenery now.

EDIT: Uh, actually, I was wrong. It's actually over one BILLION simoleons. (around one billion, two-hundred seventy-nine million) That's, um, one pricey glitch.

This has happened to me before, I think it's caused by houses that come from people with the expansion pack going onto non-ep computers. It is easily fixed.

Enter the house from the neighborhood screen after you place it, without moving in a family. Save the game. When you return to the neighborhood screen again, the price should be normal. I think you just have to "refresh" it somehow.

Double click on the Sims2Pack file when you have downloaded it.
