Thanks for including an empty version. I really do get tired of these fantasy houses filled with all the most expensive stuff and a flat-screen TV in every room.

That kind of houses are not so common in Spain, but it's true that maybe in Pirineos,the north or in the montain you can find houses simmilar to that one. Good work!

Is the house you uploaded (cottage) EP ready? I guess I don't know if houses have to be EP ready but since there are objects in the one figured I should ask.

The one object in there (merola's multi painting) works with uni and should work with other expansions.
