Hi Ricaylah, Yes, $20,000 would technically be a starter home, but since both Sims that get married start with at least $20,000 each, I look at any furnished home under $40,000 as a starter home. But then again, I tend to not see things the way everyone else does. I have been that way all my life, no reason to change now.

But if you make a couple in Create New Family they only have $20,000.

People should not complain about FREE & beautiful work!!!!!
I think it is great, I just wish I had an eye to make a house like this……

Wow! Thank you so much this house is really great. And I think it is kind of a starter home, the furnishing it not finished anyway, but I like that! I really wish I could make homes so pretty and functinal as well.

Great house! Nice & roomy without being so huge you loose track of yor sims. I'll be putting this house in all 5 of my hoods.

I think it's neat that you consider it a starter home.
