Wow this is beautiful,another reason I need to get university but nightlifes coming first,but as soon as I do get university I'll be sure to download this amazing and beautiful house!

Because of the fountain and possibly a few other objects I don't believe that it would work without University installed. Thanks for the comments everyone, you make sharing worth it. Lezibeth

Wow it's great! I downloaded it without having UNI... I was so fascinated with this house that I didn't read this lol and now the Sim who's living in this house, is always dying when I return to this lot.......... AAAH that sucks lol^^ Do you think that has something to do with the fact that it requires uni???

Wow, could be but I have never heard of that before! It does have a lot of Uni build mode and objects too, that may be the cause. So glad you liked it enough to try though! Thanks, Lezibeth
