Description

File:Riverview.jpg
Along the banks of the Simomon River lies the sleepy town of Riverview. Many have moved to this serene little town to escape the clamor of city life. Will the current residents let the newcomers in on the town’s little secrets or will they do their best to keep their dirt from being unearthed?

Riverview is the firstneighborhood available on the Sims 3 Store, free here as a gift for activating the game, as an incentive for purchasing the legitimate version of the game after an early version of The Sims 3 was leaked on piracy websites before the slated release date. Unlike other worlds for The Sims 3, Riverview was created by EA Black Box.

It features no new gameplay items, the focus instead being entirely on the small country town and a number of sims returning from past titles in the franchise.

Lots

The town's central business district features most of the community lots arranged around a row of narrow parks, with bridges leading out toward the residential area on one side and the industrial area on the other. The industrial zone features the remaining community lots, and exits directly onto a fish hatchery and some small farms, winding around a large mansion on a hill.
